Upon receiving your fresh produce, inspect items and remove any damaged pieces first. Most items should be stored inside the refrigerator right away to slow ripening and retain natural crispness and flavour.
Keep berries loosely covered and avoid sealed airtight containers to prevent excess moisture buildup and mold. For longer preservation, surplus fruits can be portioned and frozen for future cooking, baking or smoothies.
Keep root vegetables in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight if preferred. Consume within the recommended shelf window to enjoy peak orchard-fresh taste.
